Do you provide warranty on sold vehicles?

Yes, as an AA Appraised and VINZ Certified used vehicle dealer, we offer FREE Dealer Mechanical Warranty on every purchase, with options to upgrade to a 3-Year Unlimited Mileage Premium NZ-Wide Warranty with 24/7 Roadside assistance from $7.00 per week.

What inspections have you done on the vehicles for sale?

There are 3 independent inspections completed before we offer the vehicles to the public. First is a VINZ 150-point safety / structural integrity check, second is an AA 43-point mechanical check, engine compression test and road test. Most importantly for your maximum peace of mind, all our cars have an MTA certified 78-point detailed vehicle pre-purchase inspection.

Are all your fresh imports mileage guaranteed?

Yes, mileage for all our fresh imports is guaranteed correct reading by AA. No cheating on mileage, AA is your assurance of an accurate odometer reading.

Are all your fresh imports fully serviced?

Yes, all our fresh imports must have an MTA assured 30-point full service (not a cheap oil and filter quickie) completed which includes but not limit to: replace air filter, engine oil, oil filter, all fluids and coolant, check engine, transmission, oil leaks, brakes, exhaust, driving belts, radiator, suspensions and tires, a full list of items are available in the service book comes with each fresh import. Service history and service book come with all fresh imports.

What brand oil and what grade oil do you use on the vehicles?

We only use top grade oils, no cheap oils and filters are used in our service. For our Japanese imports, Caltex Havoline 10w-40 Semi-Synthetic engine oil is used. For our European imports, Caltex Havoline 5w-40 Fully-Synthetic engine oil is used. These are top grade oils that exceed most of the manufacturer’s standards. Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes, we offer trade-ins service, and our wholesale buyers are always ready to purchase trade-ins to fill their lots. Just simply drop in to our dealership, one of our staff members will be able to appraise the vehicle for you, or if you are out of town customer, you can simply fill in an application on our website and we will be in touch with you within 8 business hours.

Do you offer finance?

Do you offer delivery to customers out of town?
